Change...

I changed my Blogtitle because I thought it fitts better than the old one. I didn't show so much picture about people who changed their mind. But from now on my "letters to myself"-series. It helps me a lot to write everything I think about down on a piece of paper, so I can read it how often I want it and mostly I find a answer how I could dissolving my problem.
How do you do that? DO you also wirte a "letter to yourself" or do you talk with friend or do you just think about it?
